How do I join the loyalty program?
SuperClub is free. Sign up for a free SuperBreakers account to join and receive 500 SuperPoints ($5). Existing account holders are already enrolled.
How can I earn points?
Earn 500 points when you join, then earn points on eligible purchases: 1 point per $1 at Standard and 25 AMP, 2 at 50 AMP, and 3 at 100 AMP.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in, then apply points directly at checkout. Every 100 points equals $1 off.
Does my VIP tier status reset?
Yes. VIP status is based on qualifying spend during the calendar year and resets on January 1.
Why didn’t I get free shipping on my order?
Standard shipping is free on eligible parcel orders over $99 within the continental U.S. For VIP members, 25 AMP requires $49 or more; 50 AMP and 100 AMP have no order minimum. At checkout, use your matching tier shipping code if it has not already applied. VIP codes are limited to U.S. destinations and exclude shipping rates over $35. Freight, oversized packages and special handling may cost extra. Final eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
