Our main warehouses are located in NY, NJ and CA, and the shipment origin will depend on the item(s) ordered and proximity to the delivery point.

Q: What is the difference between new and recertified?
Any items listed as "New" have not been energized and are generally brand new in manufacturer boxes. Items listed as "Recertified" have been thoroughly cleaned, tested and repacked to our exacting standards by our engineers.
Q: Is a warranty included for both new and certified items?
Yes! We offer a free 60 day warranty on all items because we are extremely confident in both the quality of the products we sell and the thoroughness of our recertification process. We are also firm believers in recycling whenever possible, so if a warranty encourages our customers to help us reduce waste, then we're all for it.
