Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Normal stock items are refundable within 30 days of receipt, with a 25% restocking fee. Returns are generally not accepted past 30 days from the shipment date.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. The RMA number will be issued via email upon return approval.
  • Condition of Returned Items: For a full refund, items must be in the same condition as received. No refunds for items damaged due to inadequate packaging.
  • SuperPoints: If SuperPoints were earned on the order, the points will be deducted from your account.
  • Special Order/Non-returnable Items: In certain cases, some products may not be eligible for a refund. Should you purchase an item that falls under this category, we will reach out to you before we process your order. During this communication, we will inform you about the non-refundability of the product and provide you with the opportunity to cancel your order if you choose.

Returns Process & Procedures


Submit an RMA Request:


  1. Start RMA Request: https://superbreakers.com/returns
  2. Find Order: Locate the order you wish to return by entering your order number along with your email, zip code, or phone number.
  3. Select Items to Return: Choose the specific items from the order that you are returning.
  4. Select Return Reason: Provide a reason for the return. You may add notes or upload images if applicable.
  5. View Estimated Refund Amount: The portal will display an estimated refund amount. Note that this is only an estimate and the final amount might vary based on the return reason and policy.

      RMA Approval:


      1. RMA and Pre-Paid Shipping Label: Upon return approval, you will receive an RMA number and a pre-paid UPS return label via email.
      2. Ship Items: Use the provided pre-paid return label for shipping. The item must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving the email authorization. You can drop off the package at a UPS store or schedule a pickup through UPS.
      3. Include Email Copy: Include a copy of the RMA approval email in your return package. Ensure your order number is visible for a swift refund process.

        Review & Refund:


        1. Receipt and Review: Upon receiving the returned item, in accordance with our policy it will be reviewed.
        2. Refund Adjustments and Communication: If necessary, adjustments to the refund amount and may reach out to you for any further questions.
        3. Refund Issuance: After our internal review process, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the item receipt.
        4. Confirmation Email: An email will be sent to you confirming the refund, and the RMA will then be closed.

          Canceling Your Order


          Please contact a SuperBreakers rep to cancel your order. Refunds are issued within 1 billing cycle of your credit card statement. Orders cannot be cancelled after a product has been processed for shipping.

          Customer expressly assumes all liability in independently researching, purchasing and installing correct product for their application. Any recommendation made by SuperBreakers regarding product selection is made to the best of our knowledge based on customer description and will not constitute grounds for waiver of restocking charges, detrimental reliance or resulting liability.
