5 answersHow is the QC1010 circuit breaker mounted?
This is a cable-in/cable-out (feed-thru) breaker. It mounts directly to a panel backplate or enclosure, rather than plugging or bolting onto a busbar. It can also be mounted to a standard 35mm DIN rail using the Eaton QCDINADAPT adapter.
Are Eaton, Cutler-Hammer, and Westinghouse QC1010 breakers the same?
Yes. Eaton acquired the Westinghouse distribution equipment business and Cutler-Hammer. The QC1010 is the exact same Quicklag miniature circuit breaker regardless of which of these three brands is printed on the label.
Is the QC1010 breaker HACR rated?
Yes, all Eaton Quicklag QC breakers from 10A to 100A are HACR rated for use with heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
Can the QC1010 be used in DC control circuits?
Yes. In addition to its standard AC ratings, this breaker is rated for up to 48V DC with a 10kA interrupting capacity, making it suitable for DC control panels and OEM enclosures.
What wire sizes are compatible with the QC1010 terminals?
The feed-thru screw and clamp terminals accept 14 AWG to 10 AWG copper or aluminum wire. Ensure conductors are properly stripped and seated within the clamp for secure panel wiring.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
