Engineered as a drop-in replacement for discontinued Westinghouse and Cutler-Hammer systems, the EB3015L restores power without the need for retrofit adapters. This 3-pole, 15A unit mount molded case circuit breaker features fixed thermal magnetic trip technology (LI) and a 10kAIC rating at 240VAC. It installs into legacy Eaton Pow-R-Line C and Westinghouse panelboards to maintain existing commercial infrastructure. This bolt-on E-frame breaker installs directly into legacy Eaton Pow-R-Line C and older Westinghouse panelboards. It is designed for commercial distribution and will not fit standard residential plug-on load centers.
What is the modern replacement for the EB3015L?
The Eaton EHD3015L serves as the direct drop-in replacement for this E-frame breaker. The EHD model shares the exact physical dimensions and mounting footprint but carries a higher maximum voltage rating.
Is the EB3015L rated for direct current systems?
Yes, this breaker carries a 5kA interrupting capacity at 250VDC. This allows it to be utilized in specific DC control panels, battery systems, or solar applications that fall within the 250VDC limit.
What does the LI trip function indicate on this model?
The LI code means the breaker uses a thermal magnetic trip unit providing Long-Time overload protection and Instantaneous short-circuit protection. Both the thermal and magnetic trip thresholds are fixed and cannot be field-adjusted.
Are retrofit adapters required to install this breaker?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.

Expedited Shipments
