No. Siemens phased out the Murray brand in 2019. The direct, UL-listed Siemens replacement for the MP120AFC is the Siemens Q120AFC or QA120AFC.
Can I install this Murray MP120AFC breaker in a Siemens load center?
Yes. Siemens issued a formal substitution letter confirming that Murray Type MP breakers are UL-listed for use in Siemens load centers. Likewise, Siemens Type QP breakers are listed for Murray panels.
Is the MP120AFC physically the same size as a standard Siemens breaker?
Yes. The Murray MP frame is a standard 1-inch wide format, making it physically identical to Siemens QP frame breakers.
Does the MP120AFC use a plug-on neutral or a pigtail neutral connection?
This breaker features a pigtail neutral. The coiled white wire must be connected directly to the neutral bus bar in your load center to properly power the arc fault circuitry.
What is the difference between a Combination AFCI and a Branch Feeder AFCI?
A Combination AFCI detects both series and parallel arcing faults. Older Branch Feeder AFCI breakers only detected parallel arcs. The National Electrical Code requires Combination AFCI protection for most residential living spaces.
What does the LI trip function code mean on this breaker?
The LI code stands for Long-Time and Instantaneous trip functions. The long-time function protects against sustained overloads, while the instantaneous function trips the breaker immediately during a severe short circuit.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
