This bolt-on breaker is designed specifically for Siemens P1, P2, P3, P4, and P5 commercial panelboards. It is not compatible with standard plug-on residential load centers.
What is the difference between the Siemens B220GF and the B220GFH?
The B220GFH features a higher interrupting capacity of 22kAIC, denoted by the H in the catalog number. The standard B220GF is rated for 10kAIC. Both models provide 20A, 2-pole Class A GFCI protection.
Does the B220GFH require a load neutral connection?
A load neutral is not required if you are strictly powering a straight 240V load. However, the breaker's white pigtail wire must always be connected to the panel neutral bus to power the internal ground fault sensing and self-test circuitry.
Can the B220GFH be installed on a 3-phase system?
Yes. This 2-pole breaker can be used on the 120/240VAC portion of a 240/120V 3-phase 4-wire system, or on a 208Y/120V 3-phase 4-wire system. The pigtail must connect to the panel neutral in these applications.
What class of ground fault protection does the B220GFH offer?
This unit provides Class A personnel protection, meaning it trips at a 5mA ground fault threshold. It is intended to protect people from electrical shock hazards, unlike GFEP breakers which trip at a 30mA threshold for equipment protection.
Does the B220GFH include a self-test feature?
Yes. Compliant with UL 943 standards, the breaker continuously runs an automatic self-test on its internal electronics. If a malfunction in the ground fault protection is detected, the unit will trip and lock out to prevent unsafe operation.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.

Expedited Shipments
