No, the Westinghouse and Cutler-Hammer FB series is an obsolete legacy frame. It has been superseded by newer Eaton F-Frame models, such as the FD and Series C lines. Sourcing an original FB3015L allows you to maintain the exact panel footprint without requiring adapter brackets or bus modifications.
What does the "L" suffix in the FB3015L part number indicate?
For Eaton and Cutler-Hammer F-Frame breakers, the "L" suffix means the unit is factory-equipped with both line and load side lug terminals, making it suitable for feed-through (cable-in, cable-out) wiring. Standard FB breakers without the "L" suffix typically feature load lugs only and bolt directly to the panelboard bus on the line side.
Which panelboards and enclosures accept the FB3015L?

Expedited Shipments
