The EDB14035 is a bolt-on E-Frame breaker built specifically for Square D NF lighting and distribution panelboards. It is not compatible with NQ or I-Line panels.
Can the EDB14035 replace EGB or EJB series breakers?
Yes, EDB, EGB, and EJB breakers share the same physical E-Frame dimensions and mount into the same NF panelboards. However, the EDB14035 has a standard interrupting rating of 18 kA at 277VAC. You must verify that this standard rating meets your available fault current before replacing a higher-rated EGB or EJB breaker.
Is the EDB14035 rated for 480V systems?
As a 1-pole breaker, the EDB14035 is rated for a maximum of 277VAC across the pole. It is designed for use in 480Y/277VAC solidly grounded wye systems where the line-to-neutral voltage does not exceed 277V. It cannot be used on ungrounded 480V delta systems.
What are the wire gauge requirements for the EDB14035 terminals?
The factory-installed lugs accept 14 to 2/0 AWG copper conductors or 12 to 2/0 AWG aluminum conductors. Ensure proper torque specifications are followed during installation as outlined by Schneider Electric.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
