The primary difference is the short circuit interrupting rating. The standard QF250 is rated for 10 kAIC, while the QF250H features a high interrupting capacity of 22 kAIC at 120/240VAC.
Is there a direct replacement for the QF250H?
Yes, the QF250H has been superseded by the QF250AH. The newer AH version includes an automated self-test feature to ensure continuous safety compliance, while maintaining the same 50A rating and 22 kAIC interrupting capacity.
What level of ground fault protection does the QF250H provide?
The QF250H provides Class A ground fault protection, which is designed for personnel safety. It will trip and de-energize the circuit when a ground fault of 5mA or greater is detected.
How many panel spaces does the QF250H require?
As a 2-pole miniature circuit breaker, the QF250H requires two standard 1-inch spaces in a compatible Siemens load center.
How is the neutral connection handled on this GFCI breaker?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
