Designed with a Phase AB connection, it installs into Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards. This unit serves as a modern, drop-in replacement for discontinued FA24090 and FA26090 breakers. This breaker is designed exclusively for Square D I-Line panelboards and I-Line switchboards. It will not fit in standard load centers or NQ/NF series panels.
How are the line and load connections configured on this model?
The line side utilizes a plug-on I-Line connection that mounts directly to the panel busbar. The load side is equipped with mechanical lug terminals for field wiring.
What are the acceptable wire sizes for the load terminals?
The load-side lugs are rated to accept either aluminum or copper conductors ranging from 14 AWG to 2/0 AWG.
Can this breaker be installed in direct current applications?
Yes, in addition to its standard AC ratings, this breaker is rated for use in DC systems up to 250VDC with a 10kA interrupting capacity.
Are the trip settings adjustable on this PowerPacT B-frame breaker?
No, the thermal magnetic trip unit features fixed settings. Both the long-time overload and instantaneous short-circuit protection levels are factory set and cannot be modified in the field.
What does the LI trip function code indicate for this breaker?
The LI code means the breaker provides Long-Time protection for gradual overloads and Instantaneous protection for severe short circuits, utilizing a standard thermal magnetic mechanism.

Free Shipping Policy

Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
