The K-curve provides an instantaneous trip at 8 to 14 times the rated current. It is ideal for loads with moderate to high inrush currents, such as motors, transformers, and switching power supplies. It offers better inrush tolerance than a C-curve and tighter cable protection than a D-curve.
Is this ABB miniature circuit breaker approved for branch circuit protection?
Yes. Because it is part of the S200UP series, it is UL 489 listed. This certification allows it to be used for primary branch circuit protection in North American panelboards and control panels, unlike UL 1077 supplemental protectors.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
