Engineered to double circuit capacity, this 20/20/20A quadplex breaker houses two 20A outer poles and a 20A inner two-pole configuration. The unit features a plug-on mounting style compatible with ABB ReliaHome and GE PowerMark panels. This allows contractors to expand existing systems without the expense of a subpanel. Operating at 10kAIC (120/240VAC), it utilizes thermal-magnetic protection. The center poles share a common trip, and the device carries HACR and SWD ratings.

Product FAQs
6 answers
Which load centers are compatible with the THQLQ202020 quad breaker?
This quadplex breaker is designed for use in ABB ReliaHome, GE PowerMark Gold, and GE PowerMark Plus load centers. Your specific panel must be listed to accept tandem and quad breakers.
How much panel space does this quadplex breaker require?
The THQLQ202020 requires two standard 1-inch spaces in a compatible load center. It provides two 1-pole 20A circuits and one 2-pole 20A circuit in the physical footprint of a standard 2-pole breaker.
How are the circuits configured on the THQLQ202020?
This quadplex breaker features two independent 1-pole 20A circuits on the outside and one shared 2-pole 20A circuit in the center. This allows you to supply one 240V load and two 120V loads from a single device.
Can this breaker replace a legacy GE THQLQ202020?
Yes. ABB acquired GE Industrial Solutions, making the ABB THQLQ202020 the direct replacement for the legacy General Electric version. It maintains the same Q-Line frame and fits the same PowerMark load centers.
Is the THQLQ202020 suitable for HVAC and lighting loads?
Yes, this breaker is HACR rated for use with heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. It also carries an SWD rating, making the 120V single-pole circuits suitable for switching fluorescent lighting loads.
Can I install this quad breaker in any GE PowerMark panel slot?
No. While it fits the Q-Line platform, your specific load center must have a panel directory and busbar design that explicitly permits the use of tandem or quad breakers in the intended slot.
