The CHFP120DF is Eaton's direct, newer generation replacement for the CHFAFGF120PN. Both are 20A, 1-pole dual-function breakers designed for CH plug-on neutral load centers.
Can I install this plug-on neutral breaker in an older, non-PON Cutler-Hammer CH load center?
No. Plug-on neutral (PON) breakers lack a pigtail wire and require a compatible Eaton CH PON load center with a specialized neutral bar to function correctly.
How do I read the LED diagnostic blink codes if this breaker trips?
The red LED will blink a specific number of times to indicate the fault. One blink indicates a series arc, two blinks for a parallel arc, three for an overload, four for overvoltage, five for a ground fault, and six for a self-test failure.
Why is the red LED on my dual-function breaker staying solidly lit after installation?
Eaton has identified that a constantly illuminated red LED on some CH dual-function breakers is a cosmetic issue. It does not indicate a fault or affect the breaker's ability to protect against arc and ground faults.
What does dual function mean for NEC compliance?

Expedited Shipments

I needed these breakers for an install - first time using the company. They said they had them in stock. Took over a week to fulfil the order and it was 11 or 12 days before I had my hands on them. Tough on my business. Then when I went return them they hit me with so many fees that I was gonna net under $30 on a $104 order. It's too bad this was my first experience with them. I'll be sure to tell my electricians and project managers to never use this company. Short sighted. They won the battle but lost the war with a potential great long term client.
