The L suffix indicates that the breaker is supplied with factory-installed line and load lugs. Standard ED2060 breakers without the L suffix may require lugs to be ordered separately or are intended for specific panelboard bus connections.
What enclosures and panels are compatible with the ED2060L?
This F-Frame breaker is designed for use in Eaton Series C panelboards, switchboards, and motor control centers. Because it is a unit-mount breaker equipped with lugs, it can also be installed independently in standalone enclosures or custom control panels.
Can the ED2060L be reverse fed?
Yes. Eaton F-Frame thermal-magnetic circuit breakers, including the ED2060L, are suitable for reverse feed applications because they do not have specific line and load directional requirements.
Can I use the ED2060L to replace an FD2060 or HFD2060?
The ED2060L shares the same physical F-Frame dimensions as the FD and HFD breakers. However, the ED series is rated for a maximum of 240VAC, whereas FD and HFD breakers are rated up to 600VAC. You can only substitute the ED2060L if your system voltage is 240VAC or lower and the 65kAIC interrupting rating meets your available fault current requirements.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
