As part of the legacy F-Frame family, this 50-amp, 3-pole MCCB handles industrial loads up to 600VAC. It utilizes proven thermal-magnetic technology for consistent circuit defense. Engineered for unit-mount configurations, it fits Pow-R-Line C panelboards and motor control centers. It serves as an exact replacement for aging FDB3050 or FD3050 units. No. The FC3050 is an industrial molded case circuit breaker designed for bolt-on installation in Cutler-Hammer Pow-R-Line C panelboards, motor control centers, and switchboards. It is not compatible with standard plug-on load centers.
Are wire lugs included with the FC3050?
Standard line and load lugs are typically included and accept copper or aluminum wiring from 14 AWG to 1/0 AWG. If your installation requires specialized terminals, such as multi-wire or tap rule configurations, they must be sourced separately.
Is the FC3050 rated for direct current (DC) applications?
Yes, this breaker is rated for DC applications up to 250VDC with a 10kA interrupting capacity. When installing in DC systems, ensure the poles are wired in series according to Eaton's F-Frame guidelines for grounded or ungrounded configurations.

Are the trip settings adjustable on the FC3050?
No. The FC3050 utilizes a fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit. Both the long-time (thermal) overload protection and the instantaneous (magnetic) short-circuit protection are factory-calibrated and cannot be adjusted in the field.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.

Expedited Shipments
