This F-Frame breaker is designed for use in Eaton Series C panelboards, switchboards, motor control centers, and standalone F-Frame enclosures.
Is there a difference between the Cutler-Hammer FD2070L and the Eaton FD2070L?
No. Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer and continues to manufacture the Series C F-Frame breakers under the Eaton brand. The FD2070L is the exact same component regardless of which brand name is printed on the label.
How does the FD2070L differ from FDB2070L or HFD2070L breakers?
The prefix determines the interrupting rating at 480VAC. The FD series provides 35kAIC, while the FDB series offers 14kAIC and the HFD series provides a higher 65kAIC rating. All three share the same physical dimensions and F-Frame mounting footprint.

The breaker we purchased was as advertised. The breaker fit perfectly. We purchased reconditioned breaker and it seems to be working properly, accordingly to the golf course maintenance team that supervises the irrigation system.
Next day shipping came quickly even though the 4th of July was coming.
I wish it came with new installations hardware but that isn’t a deal breaker.
