Yes. Eaton Series C F-Frame thermal-magnetic circuit breakers are suitable for reverse feed applications.
What is the difference between FD, HFD, and FDC circuit breakers?
The primary difference is the interrupting capacity. The FDC series offers the highest rating at 200 kAIC at 240 VAC. The HFD is rated for 100 kAIC, and the standard FD is rated for 65 kAIC at 240 VAC. All three share the same physical dimensions.
Is the FDC2015 rated for direct current (DC) systems?
Yes, it is rated for up to 250 VDC with a 22 kAIC interrupting capacity. When wiring for DC applications, Eaton requires specific pole configurations depending on the grounded or ungrounded nature of the system.
Is the FDC2015 Switching Duty (SWD) rated?
No. Eaton specifies that FDC breakers do not carry a Switching Duty (SWD) rating.
Is this circuit breaker HACR rated?
Yes. All Eaton Series C F-Frame circuit breakers carry an HACR rating, making them suitable for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration applications.
Can this breaker be used for High Intensity Discharge (HID) lighting?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
