The BRH360 requires a 3-phase Eaton, Cutler-Hammer, or legacy Bryant Type BR load center. Because it is a 3-pole breaker, it requires three bus stabs and cannot be installed in a standard single-phase residential panel.
What is the difference between the Eaton BR360 and the BRH360?
The primary difference is the short-circuit interrupting rating. The standard BR360 is rated at 10kAIC, while the BRH360 is a high-interrupting capacity breaker rated at 22kAIC at 240VAC.
Can the BRH360 be used on a 120/208V system?
Yes. While rated for a maximum of 240VAC, this 3-pole breaker is fully compatible with 3-phase, 4-wire 120/208VAC systems commonly used in commercial and light industrial applications.
Is the BRH360 interchangeable with Square D or Siemens breakers?
No. The BRH360 features a proprietary plug-on mounting design specific to Eaton and Cutler-Hammer Type BR panels. It is not UL listed for use in Square D, Siemens, or GE load centers.
Does the BRH360 include ground-fault or arc-fault protection?
No. This is a standard thermal-magnetic breaker that provides long-time and instantaneous trip functions for overload and short-circuit protection. It does not contain GFCI or AFCI circuitry.
What wire sizes are accepted by the BRH360 box lugs?
The terminals accept #4 to 1/0 AWG copper or aluminum conductors. When terminating, ensure the wire is properly sized for a 60-amp circuit and torqued to the manufacturer specifications printed on the breaker label.
What does the LI trip function code indicate on the BRH360?
The LI designation means the breaker features Long-Time and Instantaneous trip functions. The fixed thermal element provides the long-time delay for overload protection, while the fixed magnetic element provides instantaneous tripping during a short circuit.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
