Description
Built for high-capacity commercial applications, the FDC2200 is a 2-pole, 200A molded case circuit breaker from Eaton's Series C F-Frame family. It utilizes fixed thermal and magnetic trip units to deliver precise long-time and instantaneous protection. This bolt-on breaker mounts into Eaton Pow-R-Line 2a/3a panelboards and switchboards. It can be replaced by the newer PDG22P0200TFFJ model. Rated for 600VAC, it achieves 100kAIC at 480V. The breaker is HACR rated and reverse feed capable.Specifications

This breaker is designed for use in Eaton Pow-R-Line 2a and 3a panelboards, as well as Series C switchboards and motor control centers. It requires a bolt-on connection to the chassis.
What wire sizes are accepted by the standard lugs on the FDC2200?
The factory-installed lugs accept 4 AWG through 4/0 AWG wire. The terminals are dual-rated for both copper (Cu) and aluminum (Al) conductors.
What is the difference between an FD and FDC breaker?
In the Eaton Series C F-Frame family, the C designates a higher interrupting capacity. While standard FD breakers have lower fault current ratings, the FDC2200 is rated for up to 200kAIC at 240VAC and 100kAIC at 480VAC.
Is the Cutler-Hammer FDC2200 the same as the Eaton FDC2200?
Yes. Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer and transitioned the branding. An FDC2200 breaker with the Cutler-Hammer logo is functionally identical to one branded as Eaton, sharing the same UL listings and physical dimensions.
Can the trip settings on the FDC2200 be adjusted?
No. This breaker features a fixed thermal and fixed magnetic trip unit. The long-time and instantaneous (LI) trip functions are factory set for 200 amps and cannot be modified in the field.
Can I use the FDC2200 in a DC circuit?
Yes, this breaker is rated for direct current applications up to 250VDC, providing a maximum interrupting capacity of 22kAIC at that voltage.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
