This J-Frame breaker is designed specifically for installation in Eaton Series C panelboards, switchboards, and motor control centers.
What are the higher interrupting capacity alternatives to the JD2200?
If your application requires a higher short-circuit rating than 35kAIC at 480V, you can upgrade to the HJD2200 (rated for 65kAIC at 480V) or the JDC2200 (rated for 100kAIC at 480V). Both share the same physical dimensions and mounting as the JD2200.
What is the proper lug torque for the JD2200 circuit breaker?
For the standard TA250KB aluminum/copper lugs, the required torque is 275 lb-in. If your breaker is equipped with T250KB copper-only lugs, torque them to 180 lb-in.
What wire sizes and materials are supported by the standard lugs?
The standard lugs accept conductor sizes ranging from 4 AWG to 350 kcmil and are rated for both aluminum and copper wire.

Expedited Shipments
