What size wire do the standard lugs on the LG3450 accept?
The standard line and load lugs included with this breaker (part number TA450LD) accept two wires per phase, ranging from 4 AWG to 4/0 AWG aluminum or copper conductors.
Is the LG3450 a 100% rated circuit breaker?
No, the LG3450 is a standard 80% rated circuit breaker. For a 100% rated version in the LG frame, you would need a breaker with a C suffix, such as the LGE3450C, which is certified for continuous operation at 100% of its 450A rating.
What is the difference between the LG3450 and the LGE3450 or LGS3450?
The difference is the interrupting capacity. The LG3450 is rated for 14kA at 480V. The LGE3450 is a higher-tier model rated for 35kA at 480V, and the LGS3450 is rated for 50kA at 480V. All three share the same physical LG frame dimensions and 450A rating.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.

Expedited Shipments
