Description
A drop-in replacement for older industrial systems, the Eaton LA2400 is a 400A, 2-pole legacy MCCB. Originally branded by Westinghouse, this L-Frame breaker provides reliable overcurrent protection. It installs into existing Westinghouse panelboards and Eaton Pow-R-Line 4 setups without requiring adapters. While officially replaced by the Series C LD2400, using the original LA frame ensures exact fitment. Rated 42 kAIC at 240VAC, it features an interchangeable thermal-magnetic trip unit.Specifications

This unit mounts into legacy Westinghouse panelboards, Eaton Pow-R-Line 4 panelboards, and compatible industrial switchboards.
What wire sizes do the standard lugs on the LA2400 accept?
The load side lugs accommodate either a single 1 AWG to 600 kcmil conductor or two 1 AWG to 250 kcmil conductors. They are rated for both aluminum and copper wiring.
How is the trip unit configured on this LA frame breaker?
It features an interchangeable thermal magnetic trip unit with fixed long time (thermal) and adjustable instantaneous (magnetic) trip functions.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
