This main breaker is designed for use in Eaton meter stacks and Type ECC unit enclosures. It features a unit mount, feed-thru connection rather than a standard plug-on or bolt-on panelboard mounting.
Can I use an Eaton QCC3125 to replace an older Westinghouse QCC3125?
Yes. Eaton acquired the Westinghouse distribution equipment line. The QCC3125 manufactured under the Eaton or Cutler-Hammer brand is the exact same form, fit, and function as the original Westinghouse breaker.
What type of wire can be used with the QCC3125 lugs?
The factory lugs accept both copper and aluminum conductors. The supported wire range is 4 AWG to 4/0 AWG. Always apply an approved oxide inhibitor when terminating aluminum wire and torque to the manufacturer specifications.
What type of protection does the fixed thermal magnetic trip provide?
The thermal magnetic trip unit provides Long-Time and Instantaneous protection. The thermal component protects against sustained overloads, while the magnetic component trips immediately during a short circuit. Both settings are fixed and cannot be adjusted in the field.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
