Description
Built for commercial power distribution, the ABB T1N080TL is a 3-pole, 80A molded case circuit breaker from the legacy SACE Tmax T1 family. It features fixed thermal-magnetic trip units for consistent LI protection. This panel-mount MCCB integrates into ABB Spectra, ReliaGear panels, and Tmax enclosures. As a legacy component, it is replaced by the XT1NU3080AAA000XXX, which requires a retrofit kit for older installations. What type of wire is approved for the terminals on this breaker?
The factory lugs accept copper (Cu) wire only, ranging from 14 AWG to 1/0 AWG. Do not use aluminum wiring with these specific terminals.
Can the trip settings on the T1N080TL be adjusted in the field?
No. This unit features a thermal magnetic trip unit with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic settings. It does not offer field adjustability for the long-time or instantaneous trip functions.
Is this breaker suitable for direct current systems?
Yes, it is rated for DC applications up to 500VDC, providing a 25kA interrupting capacity at both 250VDC and 500VDC.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
