Yes, all GE Spectra RMS circuit breakers with electronic trip units require a separate rating plug, such as the SRPG400A400 or GTP0400U0410, to establish the continuous current rating. The breaker will not function properly without one installed.
Is there a modern replacement for the legacy SGPC3604L4XX breaker?
The GE Spectra RMS series is a legacy product line. For modern upgrades, ABB offers the Tmax XT5 series, which can replace the SG frame in existing panelboards and switchboards using an approved retrofit kit.
What protection functions are included in the LSIG trip unit?
The solid-state electronic trip unit provides adjustable protection for Long-Time overload, Short-Time short circuit, Instantaneous high-level short circuit, and Ground-Fault conditions. This allows for precise coordination in commercial and industrial electrical distribution systems.
What wire sizes are supported by the standard lugs for this SG frame breaker?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
