No. The HOM115DF is designed exclusively for Square D Homeline load centers. For QO panels, you must use the QO115DF.
Can I use this pigtail neutral breaker in a Plug-on Neutral Homeline panel?
Yes. You can install a pigtail neutral breaker in a Plug-on Neutral panel by connecting the pigtail wire directly to the neutral bus bar. However, if you want to eliminate the pigtail, use the HOM115PDF instead.
What is the difference between the HOM115DF and the HOM115PDF?

I needed a specific breaker that has a large opening for the wiring. The photos were deceiving and showed what looked like the large opening I need for where the wires go. However, I received the breaker and the opening is the exact same and 2 other breakers I purchased from Home Depot and from Menards. Now I spent another $35 on a breaker I can’t even use. Shopping is outrageously priced, and I tried to return and I literally will have to PAY THEM to return this item. I’m very upset.
