No. Homeline breakers are exclusively designed for Square D Homeline load centers. They feature a 1-inch per pole format and will not fit in QO panels, which use a 3/4-inch format.
What is the difference between the HOM120GFI and HOM120GFIC?
Both catalog numbers represent the exact same 20A GFCI circuit breaker. The C at the end of HOM120GFIC simply indicates that the breaker comes in retail clamshell packaging.
How does the neutral connection work on the HOM120GFI?
This breaker features a pigtail neutral wire. During installation, the coiled white pigtail must be connected directly to the neutral bus bar in your load center to ensure the ground fault circuitry functions correctly.

I needed a specific breaker that has a large opening for the wiring. The photos were deceiving and showed what looked like the large opening I need for where the wires go. However, I received the breaker and the opening is the exact same and 2 other breakers I purchased from Home Depot and from Menards. Now I spent another $35 on a breaker I can’t even use. Shopping is outrageously priced, and I tried to return and I literally will have to PAY THEM to return this item. I’m very upset.
