Part of the Q-Line family, the GE THQL2130GFEP delivers overcurrent and ground-fault equipment protection (GFEP). It safeguards dedicated circuits requiring a 30mA trip threshold, such as heat tracing or snow melting equipment. This 30A miniature breaker features a plug-on mounting style. It installs into GE PowerMark Gold and ABB ReliaHome load centers, utilizing a factory-installed pigtail neutral. Rated for 10kAIC at 120/240V, it includes thermal-magnetic trip technology.

Product FAQs
6 answers
What is the difference between the THQL2130GFEP and the THQL2130GF?
The THQL2130GFEP is a Ground Fault Equipment Protection (GFEP) breaker with a 30mA trip sensitivity designed to protect equipment like heat tracing or snow melting systems. The THQL2130GF is a Class A Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) with a 5mA trip sensitivity designed for personnel protection.
Will I receive an ABB or GE branded breaker when ordering the THQL2130GFEP?
ABB acquired GE Industrial Solutions in 2018. Depending on the manufacturing date, the THQL2130GFEP you receive may be branded as either ABB or General Electric. Both are identical in form, fit, and function, and are fully interchangeable.
How do I wire the THQL2130GFEP for a straight 240V load that does not use a neutral?
Connect the coiled white pigtail wire to the neutral bus bar in your panel to power the breaker's internal circuitry. Connect your two hot load wires to the breaker terminals, and leave the breaker's load neutral lug empty.
Does the white pigtail wire need to be connected if my 240V equipment doesn't require a neutral?
Yes. The coiled white pigtail must always be connected to the panel's neutral bus bar. This connection is required to power the breaker's internal ground fault sensing circuitry, regardless of whether the load uses a neutral.
What panels are compatible with the THQL2130GFEP breaker?
This plug-on Q-Line breaker is designed for use in GE PowerMark Gold and ABB ReliaHome load centers that accept 1-inch THQL frame breakers.
What is the ground fault trip sensitivity of the THQL2130GFEP?
This GFEP breaker features a 30mA ground fault trip sensitivity, which is intended for equipment protection rather than the 5mA sensitivity used for personnel protection.

No paperwork
Part arrived, would have been nice to receive a packing slip or something in the box beside the part.
