Yes. Siemens acquired the ITE and Gould lines, and the current Siemens BQ series is a direct, interchangeable replacement for older ITE or Gould BQ frame bolt-on circuit breakers.
What size wire do the load side lugs on the BQ2B020 accept?
The factory-installed load side lugs accept 14 to 6 AWG copper (Cu) conductors or 12 to 6 AWG aluminum (Al) conductors.
Does the BQ2B020 come with both line side and load side lugs?
Standard Siemens BQ breakers are supplied with load side lugs only, as the line side bolts directly to the panelboard bus. If your application requires line side lugs for a standalone mounting configuration, a modified breaker with an L suffix must be sourced.

Expedited Shipments
