Can I use the QSH2200 as a branch breaker in a standard Siemens load center?
No. The QSH2200 is a specialized QS frame main breaker designed specifically for Siemens multifamily metering equipment. It does not fit standard residential load centers that require QP or QN frame breakers.
What is the difference between the Siemens QS2200 and the QSH2200?
The difference is the short circuit interrupting rating. The standard QS2200 is rated at 10kAIC, while the QSH2200 has a higher interrupting rating of 42kAIC at 120/240VAC.
Are there versions of this 200A QS breaker with higher interrupting ratings?
Yes. If your system requires a higher fault current rating, you can use the QS2200HH, which is rated for 65kAIC, or the HQS2200H, which is rated for 100kAIC.

Expedited Shipments
