The ET100-350 is a bolt-on molded case circuit breaker designed exclusively for commercial and industrial legacy ITE and Siemens F-Frame panelboards and switchboards. It will not fit standard plug-on residential load centers.
What is the modern replacement for the legacy ET100-350 circuit breaker?
The Siemens F3B050 serves as a modern, direct substitute for the legacy ET100-350. It installs into the same F-Frame switchboards and panelboards, eliminating the need for panel modifications.
How does the trip mechanism function on the ET100-350?
The ET100-350 utilizes a fixed thermal-magnetic trip unit (LI). The thermal component provides long-time protection against sustained overloads, while the magnetic component delivers instantaneous protection against short circuits.
Can I install Eaton or GE breakers in a Siemens F-Frame panelboard?
No. Siemens F-Frame panelboards require approved Siemens or ITE breakers like the ET100-350 or F3B050. Using unapproved third-party breakers can create high-resistance connections, void the UL listing, and introduce severe fire hazards.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
International Shipping
