Description
Part of the Sentron GB frame family, the Siemens LGB3K035B is a 3-pole, 35A MCCB built for commercial power distribution. This unit installs into Siemens P1, P2, and P3 panelboards using a secure bolt-on mounting style. For facility upgrades, this model is replaced by the newer 3VA5135-6ED31-0AA0 breaker. Featuring a high interrupting capacity of 65 kAIC at 480Y/277V, it handles substantial fault currents. The breaker is HACR rated and includes load side lugs for immediate wiring.Specifications

What wire sizes do the lugs on the LGB3K035B accept?
The load-side lugs are dual-rated for both copper and aluminum conductors. They accept 8 to 1/0 AWG copper wire and 8 to 2/0 AWG aluminum wire.
Does this breaker include lugs on both the line and load sides?
No. Because it is a panelboard-mounted breaker, the line side features a bolt-on connection that attaches directly to the panelboard bus. Mechanical lugs are only provided on the load side for wire termination.
Are the trip settings adjustable on this breaker?
No, the LGB3K035B features a fixed thermal and fixed magnetic trip unit. It provides standard long-time and instantaneous (LI) protection that cannot be field-adjusted.
What is the difference between Siemens GB and LGB frame breakers?
The LGB frame is the high-interrupting capacity version of the standard GB frame. They share the same physical dimensions and panelboard compatibility, but the LGB series provides higher fault protection, such as the 65kAIC rating at 480V found on the LGB3K035B.
Is the Siemens LGB3K035B still in active production?
Siemens has phased out the legacy LGB frame series. The manufacturer's designated modern successor is the 3VA51 frame series, though you should verify panelboard compatibility before upgrading.
