Yes. Siemens acquired the Pushmatic line from ITE, which previously acquired it from Bulldog Electric. The Siemens P225 is a direct replacement for older 25A 2-pole Bulldog and ITE Pushmatic breakers, including catalog number 31225.
How do I operate and reset a Pushmatic circuit breaker?
Unlike standard toggle breakers, Pushmatic breakers use a push-button mechanism. To turn the breaker on or off, press the rectangular button. If the breaker trips, push the button firmly to the OFF position, then press it again to return it to the ON position.
How does the Siemens P225 install into the electrical panel?
The P225 features a bolt-on connection. It fastens directly to the bus bar of compatible Pushmatic load centers using screws, ensuring a secure and reliable electrical connection.

I needed some filler plates for an older breaker panel. Not available at any retail places I could find, thankfully Superbreakers had them. A couple minor issues: they didn't include the size specifications (L x W x D) online, which would have helped confirm they were the right fit; and they included an unrelated picture (along with the right one).
But the online order processing was easy-to-use and had all the info needed (especially the shipping options/costs, and the return policy). They also stuck to their word about getting it out in 24 hours. It arrived via UPS Ground in a respectful 5 days. They of course fit the panel and all is well.
Overall, very pleased with the company.

This is the 4th time I have used SuperBreakers and have been happy with my purchase every time. I have an old style style system in my house and the company I was using told me the old style breakers were impossible to find and charged me $80 each.
