The Square D FI26100BC is a 100A, 2-pole current-limiting MCCB designed to minimize let-through energy and protect sensitive downstream components. This breaker is specifically designed for Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards. It utilizes an I-Line style plug-in connection on the line side and cannot be installed in standard NQ, NF, or QO load centers.
How are the line and load connections configured on this breaker?
The line side connects directly to the panel bus via the I-Line plug-on jaws. The load side is equipped with mechanical lugs that accept 14 AWG to 1/0 AWG copper or aluminum conductors.
How does the current limiting design affect the interrupting rating?
The current limiting design allows the breaker to clear faults rapidly, significantly reducing peak let-through current and thermal energy. This enables the high interrupting rating of 200kA at 480VAC, providing enhanced protection for downstream circuits and equipment.
Can the trip settings on the FI26100BC be adjusted in the field?
No. This breaker features a fixed thermal and fixed magnetic trip unit. The long-time overload and instantaneous short circuit trip functions are factory calibrated and cannot be modified.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
