What wire sizes are accepted by the load lugs on this breaker?
The factory-installed lugs accept wire gauges from 14 AWG up to 2/0 AWG. The terminals are dual-rated for both aluminum and copper (Al/Cu) conductors.
Can this 1-pole breaker be applied on a 480V or 600V system?
Yes, but only on solidly grounded wye systems. It carries a slash voltage rating of 480Y/277VAC and 600Y/347VAC, meaning the voltage to ground cannot exceed 277V or 347V respectively. It provides a 65kA interrupting rating at these voltages.
How is the BKA160203 installed into the panel?
It features an I-Line style plug-in connection on the line side. The breaker jaws push directly onto the panelboard bus stack, securing it mechanically and electrically without the need for line-side cabling or busbar bolting.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
