No. The HOM120PCAFI features a rejection clip and requires a Square D Homeline Plug-On Neutral load center. If your panel lacks a plug-on neutral bar, you must use the standard pigtail version, catalog number HOM120CAFI.
Does this breaker provide ground fault (GFCI) protection?
No. This is a Combination Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (CAFCI) designed to protect against parallel and series arcs. For both arc fault and ground fault protection on a single circuit, you need a Dual Function breaker such as the HOM120PDF.
How does the plug-on neutral feature change the panel makeup process?
The breaker connects directly to the metallic neutral bar in a compatible load center via a clip on its base. This eliminates the traditional curly white neutral pigtail, freeing up gutter space and speeding up installation.
Can I use this Homeline AFCI breaker in a Square D QO panel?
No. Homeline breakers are strictly for Homeline load centers. They are not physically compatible with QO panels, which utilize a different busbar design and require QO series breakers like the QO120PCAFI.
What is the direct replacement if I need the pigtail version of this 20A arc fault breaker?

Expedited Shipments

I needed a specific breaker that has a large opening for the wiring. The photos were deceiving and showed what looked like the large opening I need for where the wires go. However, I received the breaker and the opening is the exact same and 2 other breakers I purchased from Home Depot and from Menards. Now I spent another $35 on a breaker I can’t even use. Shopping is outrageously priced, and I tried to return and I literally will have to PAY THEM to return this item. I’m very upset.
