The 600Y/347VAC slash rating means the BJL36060 is approved for use on solidly grounded wye systems up to 600V, where the line-to-ground voltage does not exceed 347V. It is not rated for 600V ungrounded delta, corner-grounded delta, or resistance-grounded systems.
