This breaker is built exclusively for Square D I-Line panelboards and switchboards. It uses an I-Line style plug-in connection and cannot be installed in standard load centers or NQ/NF panels.
How much mounting space does the QJA32175 take up in an I-Line panel?
As a 3-pole Q-frame breaker, it requires 4.5 inches of I-Line mounting space.

The J designates the interrupting capacity tier. In the PowerPacT Q-frame family, the QJA tier provides a 100kAIC rating at 240VAC, which is higher than the standard QB, QD, or QG tiers.

Yes. All of these are 3-pole Q-frame breakers that share the same physical dimensions and 4.5-inch I-Line mounting space. The QJA32175 can replace the QB, QD, or QG versions and will upgrade the interrupting capacity to 100kAIC.

No. This thermal-magnetic breaker has fixed thermal and fixed magnetic trip elements for its long-time and instantaneous (LI) protection functions.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
