No. The EDB26035 is an E-frame bolt-on breaker designed specifically for Square D NF panelboards. It will not fit NQ panelboards, which require QO or QOB breakers, nor will it fit I-Line panelboards.
Is the Square D EDB26035 suitable for HVAC equipment?
Yes, this breaker is HACR rated, meaning it is approved for use with heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
Is the EDB26035 suitable for reverse-feed applications?
Yes, Square D E-frame breakers like the EDB26035 feature a non-interchangeable, thermal-magnetic trip unit that supports reverse feeding.
Are there higher interrupting capacity alternatives to the EDB series?
Yes. If your system requires a higher short-circuit current rating, you can upgrade to the Square D EGB or EJB series breakers. They share the exact same physical dimensions and NF panelboard compatibility as the EDB series but offer higher interrupting capacities.
How can I easily identify if the EDB26035 has tripped in the panel?
This breaker features the Square D Visi-Trip indicator. When the breaker trips due to an overload or short circuit, the handle snaps to a midpoint position and a highly visible red indicator appears, allowing for quick identification in a fully populated panelboard.
Does this breaker include equipment ground fault protection?
No, the standard EDB26035 provides thermal-magnetic protection for overloads and short circuits only. If your application requires 30mA equipment ground fault protection, you will need an E-frame breaker with the EPD suffix.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping
We strive to ship out your items the same day the order is placed. In rare circumstances SuperBreakers may reserve up to 5 business days to consolidate orders for complete shipment.
Expedited Shipments
Orders being shipped via Next Day Air, 2 Day Shipping or 3 Day Shipping must be received by 3 PM EST to guarantee same-day shipments. Expedited orders only ship on normal business days. Shipments will NOT be sent out on Saturdays and Sundays.
