No. The HJP36060 is a unit-mount breaker designed for individual enclosures or custom panels. For I-Line panelboards, you must use a PowerPacT H-frame breaker with an A connection type.

The P connection type means this breaker is configured with terminal nuts on the line side and mechanical lugs on the load side.
What are the torque specifications for the load-side lugs?
The load-side lugs require 44.25 lb-in (5 N.m) for 14 to 10 AWG wire, and 123.91 lb-in (14 N.m) for 8 to 3/0 AWG wire.
