In the Square D PowerPacT catalog numbering system, the H indicates the H-frame size. The first L denotes the interrupting rating, which is up to 125kA at 240VAC or 100kA at 480VAC. The second L indicates that the breaker is equipped with standard lugs on both the line and load sides.
Can the HLL26020 be reverse fed?
Yes. Standard unit-mount PowerPacT H-frame circuit breakers feature factory-sealed thermal-magnetic trip units and are suitable for reverse feeding.
What is the recommended lug torque for the HLL26020?
For the standard AL150HD lugs, the required torque is 50 lb-in for 14 AWG to 10 AWG wire, and 120 lb-in for 8 AWG to 3/0 AWG wire.
Can this H-frame breaker replace an older Square D F-frame breaker?
The PowerPacT H-frame series is the modern replacement for legacy F-frame breakers, such as the FAL or FHL series. However, because the physical dimensions and mounting configurations differ, it is not a direct drop-in replacement and may require panel modifications or a retrofit kit.
Is this breaker compatible with Square D I-Line panelboards?
No. The HLL26020 is a unit-mount breaker designed with lugs on both ends for use in control panels, switchboards, and industrial enclosures. For an I-Line panelboard, you need a plug-on I-Line breaker, such as an HLA, HLB, or HLC model.
Does this breaker provide GFCI or AFCI protection?
No. The HLL26020 is a standard thermal-magnetic circuit breaker providing overload and short-circuit protection. It does not include ground fault or arc fault protection.

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.

Expedited Shipments
