This P-Frame breaker features an I-Line plug-on connection on the line side, making it compatible with Square D I-Line power distribution panelboards and switchboards. It is also backward compatible with older legacy I-Line panels.
What are the termination types for the line and load sides?
The line side uses an I-Line plug-on connection that mounts directly to the panelboard bus. The load side is equipped with mechanical lugs that accept three 3/0 AWG to 500 kcmil aluminum or copper conductors per phase.
What is the recommended tightening torque for the load-side lugs?
The load-side mechanical lugs on the PGA36060 must be torqued to 442.5 lbf-in (50 N.m) to ensure a secure and compliant connection.
What specific trip unit is included with this breaker?
It includes a factory-installed ET 1.0I solid-state electronic trip unit. This basic trip unit provides fixed Long-Time and Instantaneous (LI) protection and is not field-interchangeable like the advanced Micrologic series.
Is this breaker standard-rated or 100 percent rated for continuous current?
The PGA36060 is a standard-rated breaker, meaning it is rated for 80 percent continuous current. Applications requiring a 100 percent continuous current rating will need a different catalog number.
Can this P-Frame breaker replace older legacy I-Line breakers?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
