What is the modern Connecticut Electric replacement for the QFP150-2?
Connecticut Electric manufactures a direct, UL-listed replacement for this main breaker under the catalog number UBITBFP1502.
Are there safety issues associated with original Zinsco QFP breakers?
Yes. Legacy Zinsco panels and breakers have a documented history of failing to trip under overcurrent conditions and arcing or fusing to the aluminum bus bar. Due to these fire hazards, many licensed electricians recommend a complete panel upgrade rather than replacing individual components.
How does the QFP150-2 connect to the panel bus?

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.

Expedited Shipments

Ordered QFP2200T breaker and paid to ship overnight. Reached out to company when breaker did not arrive on time.
