How do I join the loyalty program?

How do I redeem my points?
Log in, go to your dashboard, and select the "Ways to Redeem" section to redeem your points for rewards.
Do my points expire?
Points expire one year after the last account activity.
Does my VIP tier status reset?
Yes, your VIP tier status resets at the start of each year.
Why didn’t I get free shipping on my order?
Free shipping applies only to shipping methods costing $35 or less. If you selected a faster option or no eligible option was available, the discount won’t apply.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account! Your points balance will be displayed at the top of the loyalty page, your account dashboard, at checkout, and also at the top of our website when you're logged in.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire once activated in your account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
Points earned from a purchase will be deducted if you return the item.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
