This breaker is engineered for multi-tenant metering applications. It installs directly into Eaton 1MP, 1MM, and 3MM modular meter stacks, as well as Type ECC unit enclosures.
What is the direct replacement for the obsolete Cutler-Hammer CC2125?
The Eaton CCV2125 is the official direct replacement for the legacy CC2125 and QCC2125 tenant main circuit breakers.
Are modifications required when upgrading from a legacy CC2125 to the CCV2125?
While it is a direct replacement, the CCV mounting screw is shorter than the original CC frame screw. Additionally, the CCV conductor has a smaller through-hole. Eaton documentation states it is acceptable to drill out the CCV breaker conductors to connect to existing bussing if needed.
Are the terminal lugs on the CCV2125 rated for aluminum wiring?
Yes, the factory-installed lugs are rated for both copper and aluminum conductors. They accept wire sizes from 2/0 AWG up to 300 kcmil.

Expedited Shipments
