Yes. Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer and continues to manufacture this Series C F-frame breaker under the Eaton brand. The EHD2030 catalog number, footprint, and internal mechanisms remain identical regardless of which brand name is printed on the label.
What wire material and gauge does the standard EHD2030 lug accept?
The factory-installed standard lugs on the EHD2030 are aluminum body terminals rated for both copper (Cu) and aluminum (Al) conductors. They accept wire gauges from 14 AWG to 1/0 AWG.

Expedited Shipments
