Built for commercial applications, the Eaton FDC4030 is a 30A, four-pole MCCB from the Series C F-Frame line. It provides reliable thermal-magnetic (LI) protection. This bolt-on breaker mounts into Eaton Pow-R-Line C panelboards and switchboards. It features a current-limiting design and reverse feed capability for flexible installation. This F-frame breaker is designed for use in Eaton Pow-R-Line C panelboards and industrial switchboards. It is not compatible with standard residential load centers.
What is the difference between FDC, HFD, and FD breakers?
The FDC prefix indicates an ultra-high interrupting capacity for Series C F-frame breakers. This model provides up to 100kAIC at 480VAC, which is significantly higher than the standard FD and high-interrupting HFD versions.
What wire sizes are accepted by the load side lugs on this breaker?
The factory-installed load lugs accept wire gauges from 14 AWG up to 1/0 AWG. The terminals are rated for both copper and aluminum conductors.
Can the trip settings on the FDC4030 be adjusted in the field?
No, this breaker features a non-interchangeable thermal-magnetic trip unit with fixed long-time and fixed instantaneous trip functions. The trip settings cannot be modified.
Does this 4-pole breaker require a specific mounting configuration?

Free Shipping Policy
Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
