This breaker is designed for use in Eaton BR series load centers. It is also backward compatible with legacy Bryant, Challenger, and Westinghouse panels that accept Type BR breakers.
Does the GFCB215 provide personnel or equipment protection?
The GFCB215 is a Class A Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) with a 5mA trip threshold, designed specifically for personnel protection against electrical shock. For 30mA equipment protection, a GFEP series breaker is required.
How is the neutral wire connected on the GFCB215?
This breaker features a pigtail neutral. The coiled white pigtail wire must be connected directly to the neutral bus bar in the panel for the ground fault protection to function correctly. The load neutral connects directly to the breaker.
Can I use this 2-pole GFCI breaker on a shared neutral (multi-wire branch) circuit?
Yes, 2-pole GFCI breakers like the GFCB215 can be used on multi-wire branch circuits (MWBC) where two 120V circuits share a single neutral. The shared load neutral must be terminated directly on the breaker for the ground fault sensing to work properly.

Parcel shipments with item value over $99 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental US. Please call to confirm special handling instructions. We do not charge a handling fee or require a minimum amount on any order. SuperBreakers does not ship on customer accounts.
Same Day Shipping

Expedited Shipments
