6 answersWhat load centers are compatible with the CHFAFGF115?
This breaker is designed exclusively for Eaton Type CH load centers. It will not fit Type BR panels, as Type CH breakers use a 3/4-inch width and a different mounting geometry.
What is the difference between the CHFAFGF115 and the CHFAFGF115PN?
The CHFAFGF115 features a standard pigtail neutral wire that connects directly to the panel neutral bar. The CHFAFGF115PN is the Plug-on Neutral (PON) version, which connects to the neutral bar through a specialized clip on the breaker and requires a compatible PON load center.
What does dual function protection provide on this breaker?
A dual function breaker combines both Combination Arc Fault (CAFCI) and 5mA Ground Fault (GFCI) protection into a single device. This meets National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements for protecting circuits against both electrical fires caused by arcing and shock hazards from ground faults.
How is the neutral connection made during installation?
This breaker uses a pigtail neutral. The coiled white wire attached to the breaker must be routed and secured to the neutral bus bar in the load center to ensure proper arc fault and ground fault sensing.
Can the load terminal on this breaker accept two wires?
Yes, the box lug terminal is rated to accept either one 14-8 AWG wire or two 14-10 AWG wires, using either copper or aluminum conductors.

I needed these breakers for an install - first time using the company. They said they had them in stock. Took over a week to fulfil the order and it was 11 or 12 days before I had my hands on them. Tough on my business. Then when I went return them they hit me with so many fees that I was gonna net under $30 on a $104 order. It's too bad this was my first experience with them. I'll be sure to tell my electricians and project managers to never use this company. Short sighted. They won the battle but lost the war with a potential great long term client.
